   Please can you advise what the power loading of this boiler is on mains electricty. I have one fitted but cannot easily measure the current it takes. My interest is to be able to calculate how much it takes to run in electricity each year

   Where can I buy a new control board for this model and how much do they cost?

   If you have a British Gas Homecare agreement you should first contact the British Gas customer helpline you have been given as this may be classed as a repair and included within your service plan.

   If you have not taken out this protection in advance you will need an experienced central heating engineer to install a new control board. British Gas offer an emergency repairs service on 0845 026 2438 where you can get a fixed price quotation for the supply and fitting of the item before any work commences.
